5 Delicious CBD Recipes You Can Try At Home

By this time, you are completely aware of the benefits of CBD or cannabis. CBD, or cannabidiol, is found in the Cannabis Sativa plant, which many of us know as hemp or marijuana. It is used in products such as full spectrum CBD oils, gummies, supplements, and even in recipes, which we will have a look at in today’s article. 

         Here is our list of some delicious CBD recipes you can have a go when at home.

CBD Chocolate Chip Cookies

 You can’t go wrong with chocolate chip cookies-everyone loves them. And thanks to CBD, you can go ahead and spice up this classic recipe with delicious Colorado organic CBD chocolate that immensely enhances the taste.

What you will need:

  • CBD oil
  • 80 grams of granulated sugar
  • 80 grams of brown sugar
  • 150 grams of salted butter
  • One large egg
  • 200 grams of chocolate chips
  • Two teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 225 grams of flour
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda

Instructions

First, line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and preheat an oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Then add both the granulated and brown sugars and the butter into a bowl and beat the mixture until creamy.

Follow things up by adding the egg, CBD oil, and vanilla extract and continue beating. Sift the baking soda and the flour into the bowl and add a pinch of salt. After a good deal of stirring, add the chocolate chips, scoop the mixture out, and place some dollops of it on a baking tray.

You can now bake it in the oven for at least ten to eleven minutes. Make sure that the cookies are brown at the edges. Lastly, transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and serve them once they are cold.

CBD Mango And Banana Smoothie

CBD smoothies are getting more and more popular nowadays, although not everyone likes the taste. If you prefer to have a good hit of CBD in the morning, then this is for you. Anyone can make this beverage, as it only takes up to three minutes to finish.

What you will need:

  • One banana
  • 2 cups of mango
  • ½ cup of yogurt
  • ½ cup of milk
  • CBD oil

Instructions

Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until the desired creamy and smooth texture is reached, and then serve afterward. Take note that when using fresh fruit, try to blend ice into the mixture, and if frozen fruit is applied, the smoothie will be cold.

CBD Latte

Good morning comes with a good cup of latte. And this recipe is easy, plus it provides you with a good dosage of daily cannabidiol.

What you will need:

  • 1 or 2 scoops of coffee grounds
  • Two teaspoons of sweetener or sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • Two teaspoons of Colorado organic CBD oil
  • 1 cup of milk

Instructions

The first thing you have to do is combine the milk, CBD oil, salt, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat. Next, you whisk the ingredients continuously. The mixture should be warm by now, and you can pour it into a mug with coffee grounds. Serve it warm, or for a cold brew, you can serve it with ice.

CBD Whipped Cream

Try out this topping on your favorite desserts, and they will never be the same again. Not only will they taste better and new, but they will also receive some CBD twist.

What you will need:

  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of cold whipping cream
  • CBD oil

Instructions

Make sure that your beaters and bowl have all been chilled in the freezer or fridge for at least ten to fifteen minutes before any other thing. First, combine all of the ingredients into a bowl, start mixing at a low speed and slowly increase it to a medium pace.

Keep mixing until the mixture becomes soft or once stiff peaks begin to appear in the cream. Lastly, refrigerate until ready. Apply as desired.

CBD Pasta

Occasions are not the same without a good pasta serving. Your regular pasta recipe amps up by adding a few drops of CBD oil into it.

  • What you will need:
  • One pinch of ground red chili flakes
  • Two medium cubed tomatoes
  • 4 cups of fresh spinach
  • One tablespoon of olive oil
  • 200 grams of cut fresh mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
  • Four chopped garlic cloves
  • ¼ parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of marinara sauce
  • 350 grams of cooked whole-grain penne
  • Six teaspoons of CBD oil

Instructions

In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil. The heat should be medium. The next step is to add and simmer the red chili flakes and the garlic cloves. Do this for two to three minutes. Add the tomatoes and the mushrooms and cook for five minutes or until the mushrooms begin to shrink.

Mix the spinach and add some salt and pepper. Cover the pan with a lid. Stir the marinara sauce in after the spinach has completely softened. Next is to remove the pan from the heat and let it steep down for five minutes. Mix the Greek yogurt and CBD oil in a bowl until mixed well. Add the mixture to the now ready sauce and mix the pasta. Serve the pasta after a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
