Searching for decent job opportunities and applying for the right jobs could cause stress at times, especially if it is your first job or you have a huge commitment.

The entire search process, applying for different jobs, waiting for a response, scheduling an interview, and then waiting for the result can cause mental health.

In such instances, you must not compromise your mental health as it can have a compounding effect on your overall health.
